- If GM, IM, WGM, WIM titled players submit free accomodation request to the tournament director until July 25th, 2023 Tuesday 06:00 P.M. they will be evaluated and answered by the organization. Later applications will be evaluated according to the invited players quota of the organization.

GSİM İSTANBUL / Basaksehir / KYK Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Dorm

- The dorm facility has been provided for Category A - B - C players.
- Room Prices: There is no accomodation price.
- Man and Woman will accomodate at the same facility.
- Address: Ziya Gökalp, Ayazma Cd. No:17, 34490 Başakşehir / İstanbul Click for the Google Map link..
- It is mandatory to keep dorm rooms clean.
- Rooms for 4 persons, with seperate beds.
- There are toilet and bathroom inside the rooms. There are refrigerator, but no TV set and no air-conditioning inside the rooms.

- Transportation from Dorm to the Playing Venue: By using subway+walking, it takes 75 minutes in avarege.
1- Olimpiyat-Bahariye (M9) subway line, getting on from Ziya Gokalp Station and getting off Ikıtelli Sanayi Station
2- Kayasehir-Kirazli (M3) subway line, getting on from Ikıtelli Sanayi Station and getting off Kirazli Station
3- Kirazli-Yenikapi (M1B) subway line, getting on from Kirazli Station and getting off Topkapi/Ulubatli Station
all subway transactions are free of charge.

- Check-in date: August 25^th Friday, check-out date September 1^th Friday.
- No breakfast, lunch, dinner and meal at facility.
- No wi-fi internet in the rooms and facility. Mobil telecomminication operators internet packages should be used for internet.
- There is an accomodation quota/limit in total. When the quota finished, it will be announced at this page and new registration can not be made until then.
- For dorm registration/reservation the below form must be filled individullay for each person.
- According to Dorm Facility rules, there is no door and cupboard locks at rooms. Personal locks can be set at cupboard for personal usage.
- There is no hygiene materials (soap, shampoo.. etc.), slipper, towal, napkin inside the rooms. It must be provided personally.
- All accomodating person is obliged obeying the Dorm Facility Regulation which is published on April 9th, 2021 at official newspaper. Click for the Dorm Regulations..
