• Participants may stay at the Kanuni Sultan Suleyman KYK Male Student Dormitory, operated by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, provided they submit their accommodation application before the tournament registration deadline.
• If the accommodation quota is filled, an announcement will be posted on this page.
• Only players registered for the tournament in Categories A, B, and C are eligible for accommodation. For players under the age of 18, accommodation may also be requested for one parent or guardian accompanying the player.
• Guests are required to keep their rooms clean and comply with all facility rules.

Dormitory Information

• Rooms accommodate 4 people and are furnished with single beds.
• Breakfast and meals are not provided. There are no cafés or restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the dormitory.
• In accordance with facility regulations, room doors and lockers do not have locks. Guests are advised to bring their own padlocks or similar locking devices to secure their personal belongings.
• Wi-Fi internet is not available in the rooms. Guests should use their own mobile internet services.
• Each room is equipped with a private toilet and shower.
• Rooms include a refrigerator, but air conditioning is not available.
• Personal hygiene items (such as soap and shampoo), slippers, towels, tissues, and similar essentials are not provided. Guests should bring these items with them.
• All guests staying at the KYK Dormitory are required to comply with the Ministry of Youth and Sports Dormitory Services Regulation, published in the Official Gazette No. 31449 dated April 9, 2021. (Click here for the regulation.)
